Note that the second fee listed after the "/" in each category reflects the late registration fee. Early registration fees apply to anyone registering BEFORE May 1st, 2010. You can also purchase an extra banquet ticket or register for the Postgraduate Course in the Meeting Registration Payment section below. The postgraduate Course requires a separate registration fee.
