Career Development Committee
In an effort to preserve and perpetuate quality anatomic education and scholarly research into the 21st century, the AACA has established the Career Development Committee (CDC) whose mission is to support the professional development of individuals pursuing a career in clinical anatomy. This committee will function as a repository of information on postgraduate training and career opportunities and will sponsor activities to enhance career preparation and development in the anatomical sciences.
The CDC is establishing a ``mentorship program" where established and early-career professionals will have an opportunity to forge new relationships. These relationships will impact positively on the vitality of the Association and ensure a lineage of qualified educators and researchers in clinical anatomy. The CDC will be sponsoring their first event at the Gainesville Florida meeting. The CDC Symposium ``The Right Stuff" will be held on Tuesday, June 4th in Gainesville. Details on the symposium can be accessed on this site.
