On-line Association Membership Database:
The searchable database of AACA members posted on this site, is available to members of the Association only. The Directory is password protected and to gain entry you must supply a user id and a password. If you are a new member, have lost the information mailed to you, or just started using the on-line Directory, you can e-mail the web master, Dr. Brian R. MacPherson ( brmacp@uky.edu ) to obtain this information.
The on-line Directory is a continuously up-dated database and is replacing the printed version to save on duplicating and mailing costs. Dr. MacPherson will maintain both the printed version which will be linked to this site as a downloadable PDF file (password protected download). Any information regarding your directory entry should be sent by email to the webmaster. The printable version maintainmed for PDF downloads will be updated annually. Members without web access may obtain the Directory on a CD for printing/searching and should contact the webmaster for a copy once it becomes available.

The new searchable membership database has a number of fields on each personal ``card" that are at present unfilled on most cards. You can supply this information directly to the webmaster brmacp@uky.edu You can also send a personal image (ie. picture) to replace your current black and white one, or to complete your card if presently contains no image, by e-mail as well. Please send them in a JPEG form to facilitate rapid transmission. This material will also be accepted by regular mail (see Dr. MacPherson's mailing address listed on the Executive Council ) page, your image scanned from a submitted photograph. Once these fields have been filled, the database will become an even more useful feature of your Association.
